Your arrival

From all German airports you can fly directly to Tenerife South (TFS) with a flight time of about 4.5 hours. Depending on the route network, you will find flights with TUIfly, Condor, etc..

Once you arrive at Tenerife South Airport, cabs will be waiting for you in front of the airport building to take you directly to the port in Los Christianos. The cost is about 25,00 € driving time about 20 min.

There is also a public bus line TISIA www.titsa.com (line 110) that will take you to Los Christianos. However, this does not go to the port, but to the main bus station in Los Christianos. From here it is a 20 minute walk to the ferry port.

A new opportunity of the transfer offers Autobuses Mesa www.autobusesmesa.es, which brings you from the airport Tenerife South incl ferry – if desired also as a return trip – to your accommodation.

The Fred Olsen Express www.fredolsen.es and the Naviera Armas www.navieraarmas.com will take you to San Sebastian, the capital of La Gomera. Travel time approx. 40 and 70 min.

Since October 2017 a small Fred Olsen ferry goes from Sansebastian directly to Valle Gran Rey. Also a car ferry from Armas goes directly to Valle Gran Rey. Or from there, take the Linea 1 bus or a cab to get to Valle Gran Rey. Travel time 1.5 hours.

If you wish, we can organize a cab service to pick you up at the ferry in San Sebastian or in Vueltas at the port in Valle Gran Rey. The cab driver will take you personally to your apartment.

When planning your trip, please note the ferry times. Some airlines offer flights that land in Tenerife only in the early evening and it is not possible for you to continue on the same day with one of the ferries to La Gomera. Also on your return trip, flights that depart in the morning are not available. Plan at least 2.5 hours between arrival ferry and departure flight.
